Being progressive has brought homelessness to Austin; we can’t fix this larger issue, but we are determined to do everything we can do so our tenants, their staff and their customers feel safe. Our staff will address homeless people with kindness and will hire professionals to confront with toughness crime and aggressive people.

TIME Village Center, located at 730 W. Stassney Lane is a neighborhood retail center reflecting both the neighborhood and the South Austin attitude.

Pervious islands with rain gardens to clean and conserve water lend our neighborhood center a green and eco-friendly atmosphere. Rock walls create value to our neighbors, as well as safety, sanitation and noise barriers.

Our tenants are anchored by Lone Star Circle of Care and include nationally known businesses such as Baskin Robbins and locally owned businesses such as Elisa Beauty Salon, In The Moment Acting Studio and As The Fur Flies.

Crystal is always available to promptly address any concerns.

Our maintenance personnel patrols the center daily.
