Our maintenance person patrols the center; he knows every single tenant and is very familiar with past and potential problems.
We have an on-site Property Manager who communicates with all of the tenants regarding their needs and concerns.
Other than the time a truck hit our light pole, we have not made a single claim with our insurance company since 1991.
